Xzander
Hi Dawn,
just to say thank you for finding my beautiful horse Xzander,
he is loved and adored by everyone, as a superstar should
be, his temprement is second to none as expected from his
nimmidor/luckyboy lines, and his extended trot to die for!
Judge David Trott thinks he will go far and international
dressage trainer Pat Manning would like to take him home!
(she has no chance)! Thanks for finding such great horses,
that unfamous professional (poor) riders and instructors
that work in the industry, can just about afford. I have
and will keep recomending people to you as not only are
you honest, you do your best to put the right horses with
the right people with never any preasure to buy. Shame theres
not more people in the horse world like you, it would be
a better place! Sorry its not a great picture of Xzander,
but he did win the class, thanks again and will see you
again as you will always be worth driving 3hrs to see, love

Parani

Hi
its Suzie, my dad bought Parani from you in May and i just
wanted to let you know how we are gettin on.
We have done two dressage competitions and we won our first
one and the second competition was the pony club area team
and our team got second. I actually like doing dressage
now that i have him.
He loves x-country, he has been schooling round the pre-novice
fences at Auchinleck Estate and Barskimming Estate and we
are entering our first competition in August which i am
looking forward to. He is proving to be very bold and very
keen, the one thing we love the most about him is that he
will try his hardest at anything. His showjumping is coming
on, i didn't realise how excited he gets while jumping,
he is great! We entered a mini derby which was a new experienced
for him and he jumped so well. Even in the stable he is
fantastic, he will stand all day just for his cuddles. Everyone
loves him and he is auch a nice wee character." Suzie

ROO-BAR
"My
equestrian sport is FEI Carriage Driving 3 day Eventing.
I have been searching unsuccessfully for two years for a small
horse with suitably extravagant paces to work with my existing
carriage horse Custer. My problem is very unusual and not
many people have to consider their existing horse when purchasing
another and it isn't easy!! Dawn provided a personalized service;
she was very careful to listen and even viewed a video of
my horse. Roo-Bar is a handsome bright bay gelding who moves
beautifully and although I have only had him for a short time
but he is proving kind, bold and extremely intelligent. To
my delight Roo-Bar and Custers paces match perfectly which
is something I thought I may never find. I had spoken to dealers
from all over the UK, and no-one was prepared to go out of
their way to help me find a suitable horse, and Dawn's attitude
was you can buy what I've got or keep visiting me until something
comes in that you like so in that respect her approach to
my problem was very different." Roo-Bar

WARRIOR
"Just
a note say thank you for finding Warrior. He has proved to
be a perfect gentleman, both in the stable and when ridden,
he is very willing to learn and enjoys his schooling, he has
learned a lot in a short space of time and is also proving
very popular on the yard with everyone."

HUMPHREY
"We had been looking
for a horse for my husband for over a year when we spotted
Dawn Howarth's advert. Although it was a long drive to get
there, she seemed so open and friendly that we decided to
make the effort - and wow! and was it worthwhile! We saw
and tried some lovely horses and finally bought Piccolo
II (Humphrey) a gorgeous black Dutch horse with super paces,
a huge jump and exemplary manners. There was nothing on
Dawn's yard we didn't like; all the horses and looks, manners
and talent; we could happily bought any of them. What we
liked - apart from the quality stock - was Dawn's easy approach.
We were never put never put under pressure and she encouraged
us to try the horses several times. She was more concerned
to find us the right horse than make a quick sale or persuade
us to buy the most expensive horse there. I'm delighted
for my husband who has had some bad times with one horse
lost to permanent lameness and another to colic. Humphrey
has made up for the disappointments and we are thrilled
with him. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dawn to anyone
( actually, we already have as everyone wants to know where
he came from!), and would certainly make the trek back there
if we ever want another horse"

PEZO
"Thank
you for finding me 'Pezzo' he is exactly what you described
him to be, and is proving to be a superstar; we've been
to our first competition and we won our section and can
second overall! Once again thanks for finding him for me,
and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone."

SENALOR
"I
am so pleased with Senalor, bought from you at the
end of last year (2003). Even though he was only 4 when
I bought him, he has the most fabulous temperament and attitude and
as he matures he is becoming an absolutely stunning looking
horse. He is showing huge natural ability in his showjumping,
having won a Discovery class in only his second affiliated
show followed by a 4th the following day in his first
Newcomers class. He has also qualified for the 5 year old
Sports Horse final in a recent outing. We have great hopes
for him in the future as he improves every time he competes."Julie

MICKEY
"Mickey
- AKA POLINDO - proved to be everything we wanted and more.
I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with Mickey.
He was never out of the first three in unaffiliated SJ this
winter and was recently 2nd in his first BSJA outing. He
has also completed his first British Eventing Pre Novice
Event. Unfortunately due to a broken ankle I had to pass
the ride over to a friend and now I am struggling to get
him back!!!! He is a cheeky monkey and we love him to bits,
its like he knows he is so georgeous." Alison
